Processed using the Natural Special Prep method at Yaye washing station, this coffee delivers a captivating cup profile featuring dried plum and burnt sugar notes, complemented by cooked blueberry and fresh bergamot. The winey acidity and fruit-forward sweetness create a complex, layered experience that highlights the terroir of this high-altitude origin. Harvested November through January.
